"Head Blaster" Mechanism and Air Blaster

This is a DIY Kit designed to make a props head look like it was blown or cut off! We built this as a kit to attach a foam filled prop head to and when activated, A power air blast moves the prop head backwards. To "reset" the head in the upright normal position to get ready for the next group, there is a pneumatic cylinder that pushes the mechanism back up to the upright position! This can be used to have an actor with a shot gun, magic wand, or even a fake knife act as is they removed the head of the prop. The air blast also adds an additional startle scare! If you wanted to have this as a stand alone effect, you can mount a fake shotgun in a props hands and can simulate him blowing his head off. Sounds gruesome, we know, but it will definitely get a scare! Requires at least 80 PSI and 110 volt (Household standard outlet) We reccomend using Flex Foam It 3 or 5 (From Smooth On) To attach the head to the mechanism. Due to the design - Keep the head as lightweight as possible so the air blast can shoot it backwards! The mechanism can be mounted in a foam body and attached with Flex Foam it 3 or 5, or you can mount it to a steel or wood framed body making your own mount using nuts and bolts. Includes Mechanism, Solenoid Valves, Pneumatic components, Air Blaster with 5 gallon tank, Air line, Power adapter, Controller, and your option of a foot switch for actor activation or a beam sensor.
