Returns

Due to the seasonal nature of our products, all sales are final. All products have a 48 hour window to be inspected and tested upon delivery for any damages or defects. We do not accept returns for built to order items unless proven that the item is defective. In the rare case that we will accept a return, the buyer will pay all return shipping costs and import tax if applicable. All orders are subject to acceptance and approval. We reserve the right to refuse and refund any order. In the event that a product is ordered, built, and ready to ship and the customer wants to cancel the order, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
