I started off making a small order from mike at the 2018 show, to which he followed up stating a small issue with the coating on a spitter bucket and sent a coating free of charge to fix that, as well as another solenoid after expressing I got a bum one, free of charge and received within a week of arriving home from show. From that experience, I picked up some smaller HC pieces and before the 2019 HAA Show, I contacted mike just a couple weeks before the show with a large order of animations with the hopes of picking up at the show, gave him a 50% deposit and he stayed in touch with me the entire way, I ended up taking about half his booth home with me with full order delivered to me at the show for take home, further more, everything worked flawlessly and was expertly assembled, only one piece had a small wiring issue, which after messaging mike about, he FaceTimed me and apologized for the mistake and stuck with me to walk me through correcting the minor mistake which he was more than apologetic for. At the end of the day, I almost always use this group when I have a horrible vendor/transaction experience, but the service I’ve received over multiple transactions has been consistently the best experience I’ve had in this industry, and for that not only do I intend to turn to mike/hallucinations whenever possible, but am confident in recommending anyone in need of an item/piece/mech/effect that his company produces to place their full trust into Mikes hands. I have no doubt that in the near future he will be giving every vendor a run for their money. I cannot speak highly enough, he treats every order equally no matter how small or large it is and always goes above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction. My husband and I are very impressed with our purchase! Mech is well-made and came with cylinder, solenoid valve and mufflers. Pretty much plug and go. We had a few questions as this was our first time setting up a pneumatic and they were so helpful and quick to reply.
