By accessing, browsing and/or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the bound terms and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including any re-export control laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not use this website.

In no event will Hallucinations Creations Inc or any of it’s representatives be liable for any damages or injuries, however they may occur, related to any products sold through Hallucinations Creations Inc online business, retail business or wholesale business.

Except as expressly stated herein, Hallucination Creations Inc makes no representations or complied of any kind with respect to products sold.

All production and shipping times are estimates. At times due to high volume of orders, production times might be longer than stated. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us before ordering.

Due to the artistic nature of some products, some appearences might differ from product stock image. 

Due to the seasonal nature of our products, all sales are final. All products must be paid for in full before delivery. For oversized props, we will contact you for shipping arrangements and costs. All products have a 72 hour window to be inspected and tested upon delivery for any damages or defects. No returns will be accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance and approval. We reserve the right to refuse and refund any order. Photos and video may vary from actual product. Illinois sales will be taxed at 10%.
